In order to facilitate adherence to CDC guidelines in regards to social distancing, and to minimize risk to both our staff and community, Morong Falmouth has implemented the following protocols:

-Face coverings must be worn in all areas, and will be worn by all employees at all times as well

-Our shuttle service is open on a limited basis by appointment only; rides will be given individually in order to minimize risk of transmission

-Our customer waiting lounge is open, with a maximum capacity of five people at any given time.  Outdoor seating is also available.  The service reception area is currently closed to the public, and all service personnel are available by phone, email, or text for assistance.

-Loaner vehicles are available for extended maintenance and repair services by appointment, and will be cleaned and sanitized after each use.

-In order to minimize potential risk of transmission, we highly encourage the use of contactless communication and methods of payment; ePayment options are available for all services, and contactless vehicle drop off and pick up is currently being utilized.
